Full Membership Meetings
All Coalition Members are encouraged to join our Full Membership Meetings held three times a year in order to learn about the latest Coalition developments and share their feedback, questions, and concerns with their fellow Members.
Members may attend the meeting at our Philadelphia location at 2980 Southampton Road OR
they may participate via conference call. A timely e-mail reminder is sent out to all Members along with call-in information and an RSVP request before each Membership Meeting. If you have not received a notification within a week prior to the meeting, please check your spam mailbox: if you find our e-mail has been misdirected there, please add us to your approved senders list in your spam mail settings; if not, please contact us
so we may update your e-mail address in our system.
Meetings are held in the Fountain Room and span roughly 2 hours. Members are invited to arrive early for a continental breakfast at our May and September 11:00 am meetings, and a full catered lunch is provided afterward. Our Membership Meeting in January starts at 2:00 pm and is followed by a cocktail party with open bar and catered dinner. We hope to see you there!
